Recently, Google made some improvements to searching for special characters in programming languages in their search result. Well, it’s a minor update, but it can enhance the experience of programmers. Google wrote in the blog post “For those seeking answers to technical queries, Google just upped its search game. Now for queries containing sequences of 2-3 special characters such as [== vs ===] and [+=], Google will return results on the meaning of these sequences in programming languages.” Well, this new improvement proofs that Google wants to become the best search engine for programmers. Google further mentioned in the blog post that if any person were searching for the meaning of (c++17), he/she would get results for programming language C17 instead of Boeing airplane c17. Google further mentioned, “Additionally, organization and product names that include punctuation, such as She++ and Notepad++, will return more accurate results.” So, with this update, Google becomes the even better resource to seek information regarding various programming languages. This new update will be very helpful for the student looking to “learn the basics of computer science or an engineer at a tech company.” So, what do you think about this?
